• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets.currentonly - To run the add-on within the Google Sheet you currently have open.
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/documents.currentonly - To run the add-on within the Google Doc you currently have open.
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/presentations.currentonly - To run the add-on within the Google Slide you currently have open.
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/script.container.ui - To display the add-on's user interface (sidebars and dialogs) inside the Google Workspace application.
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/script.external_request - To connect to the third-party services that power our add-on's features.

• Content you choose to process with our AI assistant
• Document metadata (file names, timestamps)

• Google LLC (Google AI / Gemini & Google Cloud Platform)
  • What we share: Your content and prompts for AI processing (with Google AI / Gemini), and your Google User Info and usage data (with Google Cloud Platform for hosting and authentication).

• Pexels (operated by Canva, Inc.)
  • What we share: The search terms you enter into our image search feature.
  • Why we share it: To query their API and retrieve stock images. Pexels is governed by its own Privacy Policy.

Other than the services listed above, we will not transfer or disclose your Google user data to any other third parties unless required to do so by law.
